Sky Beam - technical art

The Sky Beam Blueprints were created to be customizable for various use cases in different scenes.

Parameters of the blueprints:
Angle (sets the spread of the beam)
Rotation Pitch (how much it swings in degree - you can set it when it's not animated)
Rotation Yaw (rotates the whole sky beam)
Anim Rotation Pitch Speed (how fast it swings)
Anim Rotation Angle (how much it swings in degree)
Animated (static or animated)
